1st Half of CD/Tape 1: Vowels, Consonants & Tonality How do vowels and consonants help us achieve, maintain and increase rapport? What can we do with vowels and consonants, differently, to dramatically enhance the qualities of our voice that make us more magnetic with other people? This side helps you build in greater smoothness of dynamic shifts in your voice qualities. Part of having an irresistible voice is learning how to speak in highly dynamic ways, which can include a lot of shifting and changing of voice qualities. This can be done in subtle ways, too, it doesn't necessarily mean being outrageous! 2nd Half of CD/Tape 1: Variance in Resonance Location Reteach yourself how sound is actually made with your lungs, throat, mouth and nose. Learn to isolate the feelings associated with making wonderful sounds, as well as with making less-than-wonderful sounds. We'll experientially teach your vocal-instrument that what feels good, sounds good too. We'll take you to the extremes of a variety of mouth positions, make very funny noises, laugh about them, and then find the optimal middle point for your most irresistible voice qualities. You'll be teaching yourself how to speak optimally first by exploring the "no-no's" of making vocal sounds, then leading you into subtly achieving very warm and resonant qualities. VOICE DELIVERY SKILLS: 1st Half of CD/Tape 2: Wave Modulation, Command Tone Up/Down Once you've learned more about the physical structures of high-quality & resonant voices, and begun already to improve your voice, in this section you'll learn how to more effectively use tonal shifts and other techniques to delineate your communication. Through the study of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, you learn techniques for creating more influential communication. Some examples of these types of techniques are "embedded commands" and "analog marking." We'll explore a variety of ways to effectively use these techniques using tonality & rhythm shifts, and other voice effects. 2nd Half of CD/Tape 2: The Dual-Tone Voice! This is the flagship section of the set! Jonathan modeled his own concurrent hum-&-whistle sounds, the auditory effects of a Dual Hypnotic Induction, dual-binaural beats of a mind machine, and several other techniques to teach you a new way to think about how to produce a strangely irresistible voice. The result is a voice that can resonate with two different tones, concurrently -- and you'll be amazed to find that with some effort, you'll be able to modulate each tone INDEPENDENTLY. This is very similar to the effects Tibetan Monks achieve with their chanting methods, but more subtle. Some people can consciously hear it... some people can't. More likely, as you listen to this section, you will alternate between being able to hear it easily and not being sure if you do or do not. When you use this technique, people will phase in & out of wondering if they're hearing anything unusual as you speak to them, which can keep them focusing more consciously on the structure of your language, as opposed to the content... which can make them much more responsive to your influential suggestions! Whether you can hear the technique all the time or only part of the time, when you're doing it, you'll know... there is a distinct set of feelings that you'll experience that lets you know you're in the flow of making the effect happen.

CD 1: ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING In the First CD, We explore the results and discoveries of the Irresistible Voice workshop from 2001. You'll learn the best lessons and tricks those students acquired. You'll hear what electronic or digital equipment is most useful for helping to tune your vocal qualities. You'll also hear about some of the most obvious vocal pitfalls people experience, and I'll deliver solutions to each of those pitfalls. CD 2: WORLD CLASS TONALITY SKILLS: (Or, EQ) Improving the voice through small chunk techniques is one approach. However, if you change your emotional state, naturally, your voice will change too. Dramatically so. Thus, I decided that to give you a much higher-chunk way of developing and changing your voice as needed, I ought to spend some time training you on some emotional EQ, or, Emotional Intelligence. This CD isn't an exhaustive tome on Emotional Intelligence, however -- there are some great materials out there for such. This CD has evolved into a hands-on, pragmatic way of using your EQ to communicate more effectively with people, in personal and business situations. CD 3: GENERATING CURIOSITY FIRST This skillset arose in the Irresistible Voice workshop and I think it's SO important, I now also train this skill in my Linguistic Wizardry and Holographic Communication workshops. Simply put, why would you ever open your mouth to persuade someone about something important, if you didn't get them curious about your idea beforehand? You might ask, "well, how can they be curious if we haven't told them yet?" If you asked that question, then let me just say, you *really need* these CD's. CD 4: THE VOICE OF TRUTH I've been begged to train this skill. And I've been warned not to train it. It's almost too powerful a concept -- to give the public enough knowledge of how to walk right past people's natural conscious resistance to some ideas, and tap directly into a place inside their minds from which, they're already more likely to accept everything as truthful. One of the reasons I've avoided training this in the past is, it's taken me 8 years to get comfortable enough with training calibration skills to you over a CD, to be willing to share the power of this technique without having you directly in front of me while I train it -- largely so that I can ensure you're getting it along the way. Someone recently reminded me that as long as I explained that if anyone skipped over the simpler skills taught at the beginning of the CD, that they would get sloppy and very poor results with the Voice of Truth skillset, and that it was their own fault if they didn't take my advice & take it slowly, then, all of my students who WOULD take the learning one step at a time could finally get the benefit of learning this skill from me via CDs. And you're not limited to just voices of truth. There are other very useful internal voices you could tap into... just as easily... These aren't for just anyone... The material in these CDs may be, in some cases, too advanced for people completely new to NLP or voice development. And frankly, these skills could be used for inappropriately manipulative aims. So while not required, I recommend a pre-requisite for these. I would prefer not to sell any copies of this new audio program, "Irresistible Voice II: Spellbinding, Magical Influence," to anyone who hasn't already purchased the first Irresistible Voice CD-set & truly enjoyed improving their voice. I think people should have the basic foundation provided in the first Irresistible Voice CD-set, to provide them with balance and understanding of the dynamics of vocal influence. As such, while I will allow people to order this set without having purchased the first Irresistible Voice 2-CD-set, I recommend against starting with this set. Existing customers take note -- there is no overlap between the two sets, so your money is not wasted; you'll get 4 CD's of completely new and advanced material beyond the first set.. |
